Order processing and handling time

Orders placed before 16:00 CET (Central European Time) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

For all groups below, orders over €70 are shipped for free and the maximum weight per order is 20 kg. All orders have a processing time of 1 business day.

The countries are Spain and Portugal, with a transit time of 1 to 3 business days and a processing time of 1 business day.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
