Order processing and handling time

Orders placed before 16:00 CET (Central European Time) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

• Warehouse location All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Spain

You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands), and Sweden.

Transit time and delivery estimates

The transit time (the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after we hand it over) depends on the destination.

• Zone 1 (1-3 business days) Spain, Portugal
• Zone 2 (3-5 business days) France, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy
• Zone 3 (4-7 business days) Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Sweden
• Zone 4 (5-8 business days) Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your package. The maximum weight per order is 20 kg.
