Return period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be new and unused
• It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@beautiefy.com. If your return is accepted, you must arrange the shipping yourself. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return fees and restocking fee

Please note the following costs associated with returning an item.

• Return shipping You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
• Restocking fee We charge a restocking fee of €10 per return. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds and processing time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 1 business day to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged and wrong items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
