Description
Introducing BARBER’S gin, imported solely by S. Romate Hnos. Historically, the barbering guilds operated alongside surgical associations until 1745, when King George II of Great Britain mandated their separation. From this point forward, barbers focused exclusively on haircuts and shaves. Nevertheless, they retained a widely acknowledged practice from their former medical roles: the use of alcohol. Among the various types available, gin was the go-to choice for barbers, often employed in their shaving processes for a refreshing scent.
BARBER’S gin adheres to the classic English style of the era, both in taste and production. Crafted in London through traditional artisanal methods, it is distilled using classic techniques. Unlike many modern gins, it does not include any citrus botanicals, making it perfect for purists who enjoy it in a simple gin and tonic. For those who desire a citrus twist, adding a touch of lemon zest or a slice of fresh orange to the Gin & Tonic adds a delightful variation.
