This exquisite brandy is derived from the Airén grape variety and is produced using fine white wine distillates that undergo aging in distinguished barrels. The maturation process is rooted in the traditional Jerez method, integrating the criadera and solera systems along with a pre-winemaking phase inside American oak barrels. The unique attributes of the local wineries combined with the region’s microclimate contribute to its remarkable character. This brandy showcases distinctive organoleptic features that are well-articulated. The chosen holandas from the alquitaras age within the criaderas and soleras, blending inside oak casks that previously stored olorosos and aged amontillados from Jerez.
