MOUSTACHE, THE LONGEST-LASTING GEO OF ROCHAS MOUSTACHE, is a men’s Eau de Toilette that belongs to the Aromatic Fougere family, first introduced in 2018. The story of MOUSTACHE traces back to the post-war years when Marcel Rochas, the founder of the esteemed brand, decided to create a bespoke fragrance for men as a gesture of gratitude for enduring tough times. In 2018, the company chose to revive this iconic classic, preserving both its original formula and bottle, inviting men to rediscover a pure and traditional scent with a distinctly masculine character that continues to captivate many Rochas enthusiasts over the years.
THE FRAGRANCE. This unique scent leaves a captivating trail, blending feminine touches with bold masculine notes. It features a harmonious combination of bergamot, lemon, lavender, neroli, violet, patchouli, and white musk, striking a perfect balance between contrasting elements.
THE NAME ROCHAS MOUSTACHE. The term ‘Mustache’ translates to ‘Moustache’ in French, and the perfume’s name is inspired by one of history’s most iconic mustaches: the one adorned by Charles I of England, depicted in a painting by Van Dyck displayed at the Louvre Museum.
THE ORIGINAL BOTTLE. The brand opted to showcase its classicism and heritage by retaining the bottle design from 1949. Crafted from beveled glass, it features a prominent orange label on the front displaying the brand’s name.
