Discover the Ramon Canals MARTA PASIÓN Reserva Rosado, an elegant rosé cava from the prestigious Penedès region of Spain. This 75 cl bottle contains a refined blend of indigenous grape varieties, carefully selected for their unique character. The hand-picked grapes, Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Garnacha, are harvested in the first half of September. First the Macabeo in early September, followed by the Xarel.lo and Garnacha mid-month, and finally the Parellada at the end of September. The gentle pressing with a pneumatic press ensures that only the finest juice is used, for exceptional quality. Each grape variety undergoes separate fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This detailed process results in a complex and balanced flavour.
