THE MOST ICONIC FRAGRANCE OF NINA ROCCI L’AIR DU TEMPS by Nina Ricci is a women’s “Eau de Parfum” that features floral notes designed to evoke the essence of joy and a carefree spirit, transporting us to a serene and liberated world. Launched in 1948 by Francis Fabron under the guidance of Robert Ricci, the firm’s founder, this perfume emerged in the aftermath of World War II, a time when women aspired to freedom, equality, and a life unburdened by worries. As such, this fragrance encapsulates these dreams.
This version enhances the original scent profile, allowing the purity of each note to shine through. The fragrance opens with prominent notes of carnation, peach, neroli, and Brazilian rosewood. These initial aromas gracefully transition to blend with rosemary, gardenia, violet, orchid, and a spectrum of floral notes. The scent concludes with subtle woody and spicy undertones that provide depth and character to the overall composition.
KNOWN AS THE “AROMA OF PEACE.” Due to its historical context, many users affectionately refer to it as the “aroma of peace.”
THE BOTTLE OF THE CENTURY. Designed by acclaimed artist René Lalique, this bottle was honored with the title “Bottle of the Century” in 1999. It features two interlocking glass doves at its crown, which continue to be meticulously handcrafted by the firm’s artisans to this day.
Eau de Parfum. This formulation is concentrated, ensuring long-lasting scent with just a few sprays, keeping the skin beautifully scented throughout the day.
