These herbs undergo a maceration process of approximately two months in an alcoholic base. Afterwards, they are pressed to extract the infusion. At the same time, our Albariño Valmiñor wine is produced using traditional methods. The herbal infusion is then blended with this Albariño wine and adjusted to the ideal ratio. Sugar is added to balance the flavor. Finally, the alcohol content is adjusted to 15%, followed by filtration and bottling.
